К Вопросу О Понятии «Простых» И «Сложных» Групп В Международных Стандартах Финансовой Отчетности (Мсфо)

Abstract

В статье дано определение понятий «простая группа компаний», «сложная группа компаний», «сложная вертикальная группа компаний», «сложная смешанная группа компаний» в соответствии с требованиями МСФО при подготовке консолидированной финансовой отчетности. Также выявлены типы и роды связей между компаниями, входящими в периметр консолидации, основанные на новом понятии контроля по МСФО (IFRS) 10 «Консолидированная финансовая отчетность», вводимом с 2013 г. Предложены авторские определения таких элементов структуры группы, как «внучатая компания» и правнучатая компания».
