Abstract

На примере логистической концепции развития малого предприятия, занимающегося оптовой торговлей бумаги в Пермском крае, показаны направления совершенствования системы управления запасами на основе анализа АВС-XYZ. Разработана стратегия управления запасами группы А для предприятия оптовой торговли. Исследование, положенное в основу статьи, наглядно демонстрирует эффективность предложенных подходов.
