Новая Парадигма Региональной Промышленной Политики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы демографического кризиса в регионе, основной причиной которого, по мнению авторов, является низкая бюджетная обеспеченность социальной сферы из-за фактического отсутствия промышленной политики в регионе и необходимых для ее проведения атрибутов. Уточнены понятия: инновационная экономика, неоиндустриальная парадигма развития и промышленной политики. Рассмотрены аспекты развития теории геэкономической политики в регионе и дано ее авторское определение. Выявлены основные направления регулирования и определен контур парадигмы промышленной политики в регионе. Разработана схема классификации связей между экономическими агентами при реализации промышленной и инновационной политик. Разработана шкала оценки отношений в промышленной политике между агентами экономики. Произведена оценка и определен ландшафт макроотношений в промышленной политике Пермского края с использованием разработанной шкалы оценок.
