Abstract

Предложена новая модель управления развитием аэрокосмического кластера, предусматривающая замену существующей неэффективной вертикально интегрированной модели корпоративного управления предприятиями отрасли на модель горизонтально интегрированного управления с участием региональных органов власти. Модель включает новый организационно-экономический механизм управления инновационным развитием авиационного предприятия на региональном уровне.
