Необходимость И Пути Повышения Статуса Региональных Банков В Российской Банковской Системе

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема сохранения региональных банков, существование которых ставится под угрозу в связи с требованиями ЦБ РФ. Представлена их роль в экономике регионов и отмечена специфика. Освещена позиция Ассоциации региональных банков России по присвоению региональным банкам статуса «малые» и условиям их деятельности. Приведена аналогия из зарубежной практики. Выделены направления взаимодействия региональных банков и администрации региона.
