Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию проблемы формирования и развития в современных условиях системы форсайта в регионах как особого управления социально-экономическими системами. Исследуются вопросы специфики использования форсайта за рубежом и в нашей стране в условиях перехода к постиндустриальной экономике при разработке стратегии социально-экономического развития регионов. Особое внимание уделено выявлению взаимосвязей форсайта с региональной экономической политикой и рассмотрению его как одного из ключевых факторов регионального конкурентного успеха.
