Abstract

Рассматривается значимая для экономической и, в частности, кадровой безопасности инновационных предприятий проблема типология персонала с девиантным поведением. Сформулировано определение «норма поведения», обоснована необходимость нового подхода к ее определению в современных условиях, а также представлена типология персонала с девиантным поведением: персонал с неустойчивым стереотипом поведения; персонал со стойким стереотипом поведения; персонал с неадекватной реакцией на управленческие воздействия.
