Abstract

В статье анализируются перспективы повышения эффективности предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса в условиях институциональных кризисов путем развития систем материального стимулирования персонала, построенных на базе оценки ключевых показателей деятельности (КПД). Система КПД формируется на основе предлагаемых авторами критериев использования КПД, которые позволяют из всей совокупности КПД отбирать наиболее эффективные для целей стимулирования.
