Институциональная Среда Современной России: Гендерный Критерий Эффективности

Abstract

Дана сущностная характеристика институциональной среды, регламентирующей воспроизводство гендерного неравенства в репродуктивном и общественном секторах экономики России. Установлено, что системы неформальных и формальных правил, регулирующие гендерные отношения между экономическими агентами, некогерентны между собой. Выявлены причины и определены последствия перманентного воспроизводства данного институционального конфликта в условиях современной экономики.
