Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы «проектирования» механизмов саморазвития компании. Анализируются целемотивационные механизмы развития мышления, механизмы целеполагания, механизмы достижений и обучения менеджеров организации. В качестве организационных механизмов рассматриваются тип организационной культуры, ценности организационной культуры и лидерства, формальные механизмы обучения и мотивации. В рамках этого предлагается матрица организационного развития, показывающая взаимосвязь процесса саморазвития с соответствующими механизмов самоорганизации. В заключении ставится вопрос об измерении параметров процесса саморазвития организации.
