Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы реализации Федерального закона № 172-ФЗ «О стратегическом планировании», делается вывод, что изучение данного Закона требует времени и серьезного междисциплинарного анализа, а также интеграции исследований в экономической и правовой науках. Отмечается отсутствие правового регулирования отношений по стратегическому планированию на муниципальном уровне. Анализируется система документов стратегического планирования, подчеркивается необходимость определения правового статуса и места мастер-планов в этой системе.
