Abstract

В статье предлагается рассмотрение инновационной деятельности в РФ как важнейшего элемента национальной безопасности государства. Рассмотрены основные внешние и внутренние угрозы, препятствующие развитию инновационных технологий в стране. В качестве основных угроз выделены: низкая конкурентоспособность российской продукции на мировых рынках, недостаточное финансирование научных исследований и разработок, сырьевая модель развития экономики РФ. Исследованы на различных уровнях управления основные факторы риска инновационной деятельности, а также предложены меры по минимизации этих рисков. Сформулированы основные проблемы по обеспечению безопасности в сфере инновационных технологий, предложены пути решения подобных проблем.
