Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы подготовки кадров, препятствующие развитию инновационной экономики в России. Эти проблемы связаны, прежде всего, с резким отставанием уровня профессиональной подготовки от запросов современного производства. Значительное число учебных заведений, занимающихся подготовкой рабочих кадров, не может внести свой вклад в создание инновационной, конкурентоспособной экономики.
