Abstract

В статье рассматриваются концептуальные изменения в сфере труда, связанные с радикальными изменениями технологической, правовой и структурно-организационной основы трудовых процессов, институционально-экономических условий трудовой деятельности (виртуализации, транснационализации, интеллектуализации и др.). Трансформация важнейших характеристик трудовой деятельности (ее содержания, способов осуществления, методов оценки результативности и др.) делает необходимым пересмотр подходов, ранее сложившихся в исследовании труда и занятости и не отражающих реалии современной экономики.
