Формирование Эффективной Бюджетной Политики Государства В Условиях Новой Концепции Экономического Развития

Abstract

На современном этапе экономического развития формирование эффективной бюджетной политики реализуется через выполнение государством не только общепринятых функций распределения и регулирования, но и через исполнение новой функции экономического развития. Реализация этой новой функции в условиях современных вызовов глобализации возможна при выполнении двух основных направлений (создать условия для конкурентоспособной экономики и предоставление общественных благ в виде равных возможностей для развития потенциала каждого), которые окажут наибольший положительный эффект на экономическое развитие страны.
