Abstract

Многогранность управления отдельными элементами военной организации государства, и в первую очередь Вооруженными Силами, требует от финансово-экономических органов предоставления достоверной учётной информации о состоянии ее экономического обеспечения для принятия соответствующих управленческих решений. В статье обосновывается вывод о том, что учётная и контрольная функции бухгалтерского учёта реализуются в полной мере, если учёт ведёт к сохранению достигнутого уровня или повышению эффективности оборонного потенциала. Такое положение возможно при использовании соответствующих методов и технических приёмов, способствующих улучшению управленческих и учетно-информационных аспектов бухгалтерского учёта и контроля финансовых результатов деятельности учреждений Министерства обороны.
