Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы встраивания российской национальной инновационной системы в глобальное инновационное пространство с позиции управленческого подхода. Предложена авторская группировка факторов развития глобальных инновационных процессов по степени подконтрольности управляющим воздействиям государства как инструмент принятия управленческих решений.
