Abstract

Насилие подрывает основы жизнедеятельности не только семьи, но и социальной, национально-государственной безопасности общества. Исходя из серьезности изучаемой социальной проблемы в системе органов социальной защиты населения субъектов Российской Федерации, создано и функционирует свыше 2,3 тыс. учреждений, занимающихся социальной профилактикой (превенцией) кризисных ситуаций в семье.
