Abstract

В статье проведен сравнительный анализ документов стратегического развития Санкт-Петербурга, позволяющий выявить потенциальные условия, стимулирующие формирование МФК, представлен стратегический подход к развитию МФК в Санкт-Петербурге, разработан алгоритм моделирования проекта МФК в городе.
