Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы постиндустриальной модернизации инфраструктурного мезокомплекса на условиях выработки новой парадигмы управления мезокомплексом как составной частью региональной системы воспроизводства человеческого капитала.The problems of post-industrial modernization of infrastructure meso complexes under the development of a new paradigm of management as an integral part of a regional system of reproduction of human capital.
