Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к организации корпоративного управления в компании, основанные на передовой зарубежной практике и учитывающие требования законодательства Российской Федерации. Анализируются задачи, стоящие перед системой внутреннего контроля. Определяются место и роль внутреннего аудита в системе внутреннего контроля.
