Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена проблема специфики ценностно-мотивационной структуры в молодежной среде. Сфера сервиса, являясь наиболее привлекательной для молодежи, формирует неадекватную социально-ролевую подготовку, которая является фактором, препятствующим успешной социализации личности.
