Abstract

В статье раскрывается специфика инновационных образовательных технологий, обосновывается целесообразность их применения при введении в систему высшего профессионального образования компетентностного подхода. Одной из таких технологий является социально-психологический тренинг, пример которого (c целью формирования профессиональных компетенций будущих работников сервисной сферы) приводится в данной статье.
