Abstract

Выполнен анализ условий, предоставляемых резидентам особых экономических зон, ‒ нефинансовых инструментов частно-государственного партнерства (ЧГП). Выявлены проблемы и сформулированы предложения по применению ЧГП в России. Основное внимание уделено вопросу привлечения инвестиций в социально значимые области экономики, в частности ‒ здравоохранение.
