Abstract

Работа содержит анализ развития предпринимательских структур малого и среднего бизнеса на территории Псковской области. Автор оценивает данный вид предпринимательства как базис, в котором мобилизуются значительные финансовые, производственные и человеческие ресурсы, содействующие экономическому, социальному и инновационному развитию территории.
