Abstract

Рассмотрена организация предоставления комплексной туристской услуги как система аутсорсинговых связей. Показано, что для обеспечения качества РЕЗЮМЕ 176 СПбГУСЭ предоставляемой туристской услуги необходим механизм финансовых санкций, в качестве основы которого предложено использовать Франкфуртскую таблицу по снижению цен на поездки (Европейское туристское право, 1992). Разработана модификация Франкфуртской таблицы для водных (морских и речных) транспортных путешествий.
