Abstract

Наука с середины 19-го столетия одна из важнейших общественных подсистем, основа научно-технического прогресса. Для всех очевидно, что с наукой «что-то происходит». Она утрачивает престиж, богатство, положение в обществе. О причинах этого ведутся активные споры, в том числе на страницах «Живого журнала» и других ресурсах Интернета.
