Abstract

В рамках данной статьи рассматривается концептуальное осмысление новых тенденций общественного развития, ставится задача достижения лучшего понимания категорий «общество, основанного на знаниях»; а также выявление основных его отличий от других существующих типов общества, и понимание того, насколько изменения в науке, образовании, информационных технологиях изменяют общество в целом.
