Abstract

Конфликт в организации возникает вследствие несовпадения формальных организационных начал и реального поведения членов коллектива. В статье описаны результаты исследования, проведенного авторами с целью выявления причин и последствий трудовых конфликтов в коллективе с экстремальным родом деятельности ‒ Санкт-Петербургском государственном учреждении «Поисково-спасательная служба Санкт-Петербурга».
