Abstract

В жанре научного обзора представлен процесс оформления сервисологии как самостоятельной научной области. Выделяются основные критерии парадигмальных определений науки, осуществляется соотнесение сервисологии с каждым из обозначенных подходов. Констатируется недостаточность знаний в отношении базового объекта сервиса, делается вывод о возможностях и способах использования добываемой сервисологией информации.
