Abstract

Исследуются история формирования и современное состояние российской концепции экологического права. Автор использует социокультурный метод для определения содержания идей и принципов экологического права. Делается вывод о необходимости усовершенствования концепции экологического права, а также о необходимости правового воспитания для формирования экологической правовой культуры.
