Abstract

Представлены теоретико-методологические аспекты осмысления сущности и специфики феномена властного насилия в отечественном политико-правовом поле. Авторы приводят аргументы в пользу важности исследования различных форм и видов насилия в контексте национальной, правовой и политической жизни страны. Такого рода работы имеют смысл и значение для поиска оптимальных с точки зрения современной политики и права способов легитимации государственной власти, что, в свою очередь, можно отнести к значимому фактору устойчивого развития любого государства.
