Abstract

Статья посвящена качеству работ по капитальному ремонту объектов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Рассматриваются определение, виды и стратегии проведения работ по капитальному ремонту. Особое внимание уделено качеству приемки выполненных работ, даются рекомендации по оптимизации деятельности комиссии по приемке капитального ремонта.
