Факторы Повышения Эффективности Шанхайской Организации Сотрудничества В Контексте Угроз И Вызовов Международной Безопасности

Abstract

Многие проекты многостороннего сотрудничества в Центральной Азии связаны с развитием взаимоотношений между Россией, Китаем и другими государствами в рамках Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС). В 2015 г. произошло первое за 14 лет расширение организации. Вместе с тем неэффективность деятельности ШОС в различных сферах ведет к сосредоточению интересов крупнейшей экономической державы КНР на развитии Нового Шелкового пути и других перспективных проектах. В статье анализируются экономические аспекты деятельности ШОС, политика безопасности и особенности расширения организации, а также актуализация основных направлений сотрудничества стран-участников ШОС в связи с ростом экономических и политических рисков и угроз в мире.
