Abstract

В статье анализируются особенности политики права. Учения дореволюционных исследователей сохранили свою актуальность и обогащают современную правовую мысль. Ученые рассматривали политику права как науку, способную выработать более совершенное право. В условиях реформирования правовой системы российского общества особую значимость приобретает выстраивание грамотной и эффективной политики права.
