Abstract

В настоящее время прогресс в области технологий является не только основным фактором обеспечивающим благосостояние нации, но и главнейшим условием в процессе её устойчивого развития. Автоматизация логистических цепочек и широкое использование электронных устройств становятся одной из актуальнейших задач в области туристской деятельности. Создание высокотехнологических информационных систем в области бронирования мест размещения и средств передвижения, экскурсионного и культурно-рекреационного обслуживания, внедрение новейших технологий в сферу туризма, информация о наличии и доступности различных видов маршрутов, туристского потенциала отдельных стран, а с учетом развития интеграционных процессов, целых регионов Земли вот комплекс вопросов, который ставится в повестку дня настоящей и будущей деятельности Всемирной туристской организации [1].
