Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с обеспечением права граждан России на образование; называются основные противоречия государственной политики в данной сфере. Автор подчеркивает, что конституционная норма, закрепляющая право на образование и обеспечение его доступности, является важной потребностью человека и общества.
