Abstract

Основной проблемой многих российских предприятий в современных условиях является недостаточное знание требований к продукции (товарам) и понимание их в условиях принятия и действия Технических регламентов Таможенного союза и ЕврАзЭС. Отсюда возникает проблема слабого правоприменения данных документов. Разработка методических аспектов анализа технических регламентов поможет решить вышеназванную проблему и адаптировать деятельность российских предприятий к нормам и правилам международного законодательства.
