Abstract

Рассматриваются основные направления подготовки специалистов в сфере сервиса, профессиональные компетенции, формируемые у студентов, с учетом требований современного рынка труда. Анализируются подходы к определению понятия «творчество» и развитию творческих способностей, приемы формирования творческого мышления будущих специалистов направления подготовки «Сервис». Рассматривается возможность использования в учебном процессе тренинговых, игровых и других методов для развития творческих способностей у студентов направления «сервис».
