Abstract

Статья посвящена выявлению значимости организационной культуры в вузе и влиянию ее на совершенствование управления кадрами. Рассматривается значимость научно-обоснованного процесса формирования организационной культуры, а также диагностики ее состояния и тенденций развития. Показано использование в исследованиях культуры вуза комплекса методов, включая нетрадиционные, основанные на феноменологическом подходе.
