Abstract

Стратегическое прогнозирование и планирование в деятельности органов местного самоуправления являются одной из функций управления, особым видом управленческой деятельности, состоящим в разработке стратегических решений, предусматривающих выдвижение таких целей и стратегий поведения объектов управления, реализация которых обеспечивает наиболее эффективное их функционирование в долгосрочной перспективе, быструю адаптацию к постоянно изменяющимся условиям внешней среды. Рассмотрена функция органов местного самоуправления г. Владивостока по стратегическому прогнозированию и планированию, исследованы некоторые тенденции и особенности развития Владивостокского городского округа.
