Abstract

В настоящее время при анализе и синтезе больших систем получил развитие системный подход, который предполагает последовательный переход от общего к частному, когда в основе рассмотрения лежит цель, причём исследуемый объект выделяется из окружающей среды. Данный метод даёт возможность оценить и учесть факторы риска и неопределённости при выборе наиболее оптимальных решений из всех возможных, что позволяет управлять рисковыми ситуациями.
