Abstract

Вопросы эффективного управления персоналом медицинской организации имеют сегодня особое значение. Возникает необходимость превратить управление персоналом медицинских учреждений в целостную систему на основе соответствующей стратегии, в которой различные меры работы с кадрами сопряжены по содержанию и времени. Стратегия управления персоналом в организации призвана связать между собой многочисленные аспекты управления персоналом, чтобы лучше стимулировать и оптимизировать их влияние на работников, особенно на их трудовые качества и квалификацию.
