Abstract

Автор, анализируя итоги саммита АТЭС 2012 г., утверждает, что по итогам форума стало ясно: для преодоления действия негативных факторов требуется оперативная разработка и утверждение Правительством Российской Федерации целого комплекса долговременных организационных, финансовых, социальных и прочих мер, направленных на создание благоприятных условий для ведения бизнеса, инвестирования и проживания в этой части страны. Другими словами международный саммит стал катализатором для неотложного решения внутрироссийских проблем.
