Многоуровневая Модель Идентификации Опасных Ситуаций На Морских Акваториях

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме диспетчеризации движения судов в условиях высокой интенсивности движения. Рассматривается ряд подходов, реализующих идею генерации тревожных сигналов с выделением различных уровней опасности. Предложена система правил, апеллирующая к модельным представлениям типа «судно судно» и основанная на многозначной логике принятия решений, позволяющая уменьшить неопределенности при управлении коллективным движением судов. Приводятся результаты моделирования, подтверждающие конструктивность предлагаемых идей.
