Система Сертификации Услуг На Транспорте

Abstract

Большое значение для современного развития транспортных перевозок грузов и пассажиров приобрела проблема сертификации предлагаемых перевозчиками услуг на транспорте, предназначенная для обеспечения безопасности автомобильных транспортных средств. Особое внимание уделяется описанию проведения аттестации специалистов, обеспечивающих безопасную эксплуатацию транспортных средств, и оценке соответствия услуг требованиям нормативных документов, а именно законодательным актам Российской Федерации, правилам оказания услуг, утвержденным постановлениями Правительства Российской Федерации и государственным стандартам, устанавливающим обязательные требования к услугам.
