Abstract

В условиях рыночной экономики в России, отличающейся спадом производства, при значительном проценте убыточных предприятий весьма актуальной является проблема улучшения финансово-экономической ситуации путем реструктуризации предприятий. При разработке логически обоснованных задач ситуационного анализа и управления реструктуризацией долгов предприятий на практике целесообразно исходить из необходимости формирования комбинации активных и пассивных факторов. Большинство методов реструктурирования могут рассматриваться как способ конвертации между или внутри трех категорий. Эти методы конвертации могут быть классифицированы как прямые или непрямые.
