Abstract

Рассматриваются основные тенденции, характеризующие развитие филиалов высших образовательных учреждений в условиях социокультурного пространства торгово-промышленного города, не являющегося региональным центром. Формирование единого образовательного пространства вуза и его филиалов, признание за филиалами роли субъекта социокультурного управления должны способствовать качественному улучшению городской среды. Особое внимание уделено анализу деятельности филиала ВГУЭС в г. Находка в контексте социально-экономического развития Находкинского городского округа.
