Abstract

Расчет себестоимости и дальнейшее формирование стоимости образовательных услуг высшего профессионального образования всегда являлись ключевыми проблемами менеджмента вуза. В связи с возрастающим значением системы высшего образования для национальной экономики и коренными реформами Министерства образования и науки подход вузов к расчету себестоимости должен претерпеть значительные изменения. В рамках данной статьи автор рассматривает некоторые общие проблемы существующих методик расчета себестоимости образовательных услуг и метод расчета нормативной себестоимости, предложенный Министерством.
