Abstract

Концепция устойчивости развития является целевой установкой деятельности современной предпринимательской структуры, которая обеспечивает соблюдение баланса интересов бизнеса и общества. Для решения основных задач, удовлетворяющих потребности заинтересованных сторон экономического субъекта, необходимы соответствующие средства на основе совершенствования внутрифирменной системы менеджмента. Можно утверждать, что именно философия устойчивого развития была положена в основу методологии модели Европейской премии в области качества (TQM) или модели делового совершенства EFQM [1].
